About Genesis Flagstaff

Our History

Genesis Real Estate, founded in 1987, is a premier real estate and development company with a focus on helping clients buy and sell commercial, residential and land properties.  In addition to sales, our firm helps clients develop and manage real estate with a proven record of maximizing returns on their investments.

Our philosophy is to understand that real estate isn’t always one dimensional.  A client buying a piece of land might need help developing it.  A residential buyer might be looking for ways to create extra income through renting it.  A buyer of a commercial center might be able to recognize higher returns through leasing and developing options.  Our company provides not just an understanding of these areas, but a history with proven results.

Our passion is our clients.  Whether you’re a first time home buyer or seasoned commercial buyer, we treat every client the same using our company’s core policies of hard work, trust and building relationships.

My true passion is doing what my kids love to do and I’m fortunate this involves lots of mountain biking and skiing.  To keep life balanced I like to give back to my community. I served for 5 years as a Planning and Zoning commissioner, served on the board of the Chamber of Commerce, and spent several years as a Navajo Country Board of Adjustment commissioner.  I’ve also been actively involved in Big Brother, Big Sister serving on the board but also as a “Big”.
